A10VSO45/31 series medium pressure swash plate plunger pump, rated pressure 250bar, peak pressure 315bar, displacement 45cm³.

The variable speed motor can meet the requirements of high speed and high torque through wide adjustment range.The displacement can be adjusted from VG Max to VG min = 0.The output speed is directly proportional to the flow rate and inversely proportional to the displacement.

Working principle: This series of piston-type circulating hydraulic pumps mainly convert mechanical energy into hydraulic energy, and then into mechanical energy, etc. Its purpose is to meet the needs of work production and control methods and the enlargement and reduction of energy. The plunger hydraulic pump has strong axial and radial load and input power. The working mechanism is driven by the engine to drive the plunger pump-control valve-hydraulic actuator. The open system directly controls the flow direction through the reversing control valve to achieve the purpose of changing the direction. 

Note: During use, it is strictly forbidden to open the fuel tank cap or oil filling hole due to the heating of the system to prevent dust and other dirt from entering the fuel tank. The coaxiality error between the pump's rotating shaft and the original power output shaft should not be greater than φ0.05.
